Goals

Goals for the 2011 season


1. Remain uninjured
2. Eat healthier
3. Lose 10-15lbs
4. More strength/ core training

5. Complete a triathalon


Race goals:

5k- less than 23 min

1/2 marathon- less than 1:50.00

Full Marathon- Qualify for Boston (less than 3:40.59)
