Time Goals:

5k- 20:50  (PR 22:13) Run to Remember 2013

8K-  36:00 (PR 36:59) Shamrock Shuffle 2013


13.1- 1:37 (PR 1:46) Chicago Women's Half 2012


26.2- 3:20 (PR 3:40) Fox Valley Marathon 2012


Other fitness Goals:


  • Get lean so I no longer have a muffin top
  • Get stronger
  • Eat healthier and drink less craft beer (who am I kidding?)
  • Dont let running take over my life
  • Do strength/core training like my life depends on it (it does)
  • Fix the ITB issues & not wear a knee strap
  • Get my ankle to be normal again (not sure if this is possible)
  • Try other activities like Bikram Yoga or swimming (but not in Lake Michigan)
  • Use "Nike Training Club" for core/strength exercises
  • Become faster and continue improving
