Personal:

  • Become certified in FA/CPR/AED ✅   {completed 12.28.19}
  • Become a certified running coach
  • Travel to a new to us place
  • Work diligently on becoming fluent in Portuguese (5x week of Duolingo/Memrise)
  • Focus on Fodmap foods that do not make me feel sick. 
  • Expand my bread portfolio by adding focaccia,  pretzels, the perfect biscuit and pizza crust
  • Find ways to be more organized at home and work



Running & Frens:

  • Maintain base of 30-40mpw (5-6 runs/week)
  • Minimum 2x week band/hip exercises
  • Cycle 1-2x weekly 
  • Make training plans for Shamrock, half marathon
  • 8 runs  outside MRC 1st Saturday runs. (To brewery, pub run etc) 




Zé Pequeno:

  • Train 3x weekly 
  • Achieve CGC certification
