#Goalz 2020





Personal:

  • Become certified in FA/CPR/AED ✅   {completed 12.28.19}
  • Become a certified running coach ✅ {completed 1.24.20}



  • Travel to a new to us place ✅ waterfall glen 
  • Work diligently on becoming fluent in Portuguese (5x week of Duolingo/Memrise) ✅ 155+ day streak going of duolingo
  • Focus on Fodmap foods that do not make me feel sick. 
  • Expand my bread portfolio by adding focaccia,  pretzels, the perfect biscuit and pizza crust
  • Find ways to be more organized at home and work



Running & Frens:

  • Maintain base of 30-40mpw (5-6 runs/week) 😢 got injured (ankle tendons) but cycled most days. 
  • Minimum 2x week band/hip exercises
  • Cycle 1-2x weekly (see above) 
  • Make training plans for Shamrock, half marathon
  • 8 runs  outside MRC 1st Saturday runs. (To brewery, pub run etc)  ðŸ¦  covid happened




Zé Pequeno:

  • Train 3x weekly  ðŸ˜¢ not accomplished partly due to covid shutting everything down and partly to me not taking the time 
  • Achieve CGC certification  ðŸ¦  see covid
