- Become certified in FA/CPR/AED ✅ {completed 12.28.19}
- Become a certified running coach ✅ {completed 1.24.20}
- Travel to a new to us place ✅ waterfall glen
- Work diligently on becoming fluent in Portuguese (5x week of Duolingo/Memrise) ✅ 155+ day streak going of duolingo
- Focus on Fodmap foods that do not make me feel sick.
- Expand my bread portfolio by adding focaccia, pretzels, the perfect biscuit and pizza crust
- Find ways to be more organized at home and work
Running & Frens:
- Maintain base of 30-40mpw (5-6 runs/week) 😢 got injured (ankle tendons) but cycled most days.
- Minimum 2x week band/hip exercises
- Cycle 1-2x weekly (see above)
- Make training plans for Shamrock, half marathon
- 8 runs outside MRC 1st Saturday runs. (To brewery, pub run etc) 🦠covid happened
Zé Pequeno:
- Train 3x weekly 😢 not accomplished partly due to covid shutting everything down and partly to me not taking the time
- Achieve CGC certification 🦠see covid
